Return & Refund Policy

At Givelle Studio, we take great care to ensure every piece reaches you in perfect condition. Please review our return and exchange policy before placing your order.

• We do not offer exchanges for any products, including for reasons such as size, preference, change of mind, or damage.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged or defective.
• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, boxes, pouches, and accessories intact.
• All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Givelle Studio quality check team. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
• If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and your order details.
• Tarnishing, scratches, breakage, or damage caused by use, improper storage, exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, or general wear and tear will not be eligible for return.
